Does anyone know how to get to use this plugin. I've added the amarok plugin and rythem box plugin (rythembox just doesnt work yet) flawlessly but i dont know where to add the files to get the plugin working.

put it in here
/usr/share/deluge/plugins/AwnDeluge
then run deluge from the terminal. if you get any errors let us know:

i tried going to that directory and i get the error that it doesnt exist. i would have to run deluge from the terminal instead of using the awn launcher. that really takes the point away from it. i hate the fact that if i want to show someone kiba-dock that i have to run it from the terminal.

You need to create that folder first and then copy the files there. Or you could unpack the plugin to "/usr/share/deluge/plugins/" and it will create the AwnDeluge folder.
You don't need to run from terminal, he just suggested that because when you do, you see all error messages. So IF it does not work for you THEN run from terminal and give us the error messages etc.
